Falcons Vs. Giants, 2012 NFL Playoffs: Game Schedule And More

The New York Giants earned the NFC East title by winning their final two games and defeating the Dallas Cowboys twice in the season's final four weeks. To advance in the 2012 NFL Playoffs against Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons, the Giants will need to continue their recent winning ways.

The Giants have met Ryan just once before, on Nov. 22, 2009 during the quarterback's second season. Ryan completed 26 of 46 passes for 268 yards, two touchdowns and zero interceptions, but the Giants hit a 36-yard field goal to escape with a 34-31 overtime victory.

Ryan enters the playoffs scorching hot, throwing 10 touchdowns and zero interceptions during Atlanta's last four games to finish with his best regular season statistics ever: 4,177 passing yards, 29 touchdowns, 12 interceptions and a 61.3 completion percentage.
