Giants' injury report: Antrel Rolle, Chase Blackburn, Bear Pascoe hurt

Ronald Martinez

Antrel Rolle, Chase Blackburn and Bear Pascoe suffered injuries Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys. However, Hurricane Sandy is making it difficult to diagnose the severity of any of the injuries.

Three New York Giants suffered injuries during Sunday's 29-24 victory over the Dallas Cowboys. Linebacker Chase Blackburn left the game with a hamstring injury, safety Antrel Rolle slammed his head to the Cowboys Stadium turf and did not return and tight end Bear Pascoe suffered an ankle injury that limited him to only 10 plays.

Head coach Tom Coughlin said Monday that he "didn't know much" about the extent of the injuries to any of the players. "We're going to have to wait and see on that stuff," Coughlin said.

Coughlin was asked if Rolle had a concussion and said he didn't know.

"I don't know, we're not sure about that just yet. He knows that he was a little dizzy when he came off the field. I saw him on the plane and he said he was fine, he didn't seem to have any issues, and he had no headache," coughlin said. "Hopefully he can make.... I'm sure he'll still have to go through the protocol, but hopefully he'll be OK."

The Giants were handicapped Monday by Hurricane Sandy, which is wreaking havoc throughout New Jersey and New York.

"There's so much uncertainty. We did have our normal medical meeting, our training room responsibilities, they all met this morning.," Coughlin said. "However, there is no access to anything outside of our building, so we really don't know much about it. There's been no MRI's or anything of that nature."
