The Giants and 49ers will face off on Sunday in San Francisco in a rematch of last season's NFC Championship game.

The New York Giants (3-2) will travel west to face the San Francisco 49ers (4-1) on Sunday afternoon at Candlestick Park in San Francisco. The Giants hope to stay rolling after a 41-27 victory over the Cleveland Browns in Week 5, while the 49ers look to stay strong after outscoring their last two opponents, 79-3, in consecutive blowout wins.

Defensive tackle Rocky Bernard, running back Andre Brown and safety Kenny Phillips will be out of action for the Giants. Wide receiver Hakeem Nicks, cornerback Corey Webster and tackle David Diehl are all listed as questionable. Nicks and Diehl practiced on Friday, but Webster was held out after getting back on the field on Thursday.

Former Giants running back Brandon Jacobs is questionable for the 49ers with a knee injury. He has been a full participant in practice since Wednesday. Meanwhile, punter Andy Lee (hand) and quarterback Alex Smith (right finger) are listed as probable.
