The Brooklyn Nets will begin the 2012-2013 season at home on Nov. 1 against the New York Knicks. The Nets will also play the Boston Celtics on Christmas Day.
The Brooklyn Nets will start their first season in Brooklyn by hosting the New York Knicks on Nov. 1 at 7:00 p.m. The NBA released the 2012-2013 schedule in a prime time special on NBA TV at 7:00 p.m. on July 26.
The Nets also have a Christmas Day game against the Boston Celtics at Noon. The Nets will host that game as well. Brooklyn will play the defending NBA Champion Miami Heat on three occasions this season: Nov. 7 at Miami, Dec. 1 at Miami and Jan. 30 in Brooklyn.
Here is the schedule of when the Nets will play their Atlantic Division foes:
Knicks: at home, Nov 1., Dec. 11, at NYK: Dec. 19, Jan. 21
Celtics: at home, Nov. 15, Dec. 25, at BOS: Nov. 28, April 10
76ers: at home, Dec. 23, April 9, at PHI: Jan. 8, March 11
Raptors: at home, Nov. 3, Jan. 15, at TOR: Dec. 12, April 14
