Sacramento pulled within seven after an 8-3 surge, but a 12-4 spurt from the visitors restored their lead to double digits and the Nets led 91-76 heading into the final frame.

New Jersey held a 102-83 advantage with 6:51 left in the fourth, but the home team did not go quietly, ripping off 12 straight points to trim the margin to seven with just under four minutes to go in the game.
