Knicks Vs. TrailBlazers Final Score: New York Uses 121-79 Win To Change The Subject

The New York Knicks' up-and-down season was up again on Wednesday night. Less than 12 hours after head coach Mike D'Antoni, the Knicks used an aerial assault from outside the arc to beat the Portland Trailblazers by a final score of 121-79.

The Knicks hit 19-of-38 three-points shots as interim head coach Mike Woodson watched from the bench. The Trailblazers hit just five of their 17 shots from outside the arc.

Carmelo Anthony, in the middle of today's Knicks firestorm, finished with 16 points, two rebounds and seven assists. He hit three of his six three-point shots. J.R. Smith led the way with 25 points, 21 of which came on three-pointers. Steve Novak had 20 points, and Jeremy Lin finished with six points and six turnovers.

Gerald Wallace and LaMarcus Aldridge each had 15 points for Portland, the only players in double figures for the team.
