2012 U.S. Open: Saturday Matches Delayed Due To Rain

Day 13 matches of the 2012 U.S. Open did not begin on time, due to rain and thunder storms passing through the New York area.

The matches were set to commence at 11 a.m., and will now reportedly start around noon, when the skies are expected to clear.

The first match of the day will be between No. 3 Andy Murray and No. 6 Tomas Berdych. This will be followed immediately by the other men's semifinal, in which No. 2 Novak Djokovic will take on No. 4 David Ferrer.

The women's final will feature No. 4 Serena Williams and No. 1 Victoria Azarenka and is scheduled for 7 p.m.

All three matches will be played in Arthur Ashe Stadium and televised live on CBS. For official updates, head over to the U.S. Open's Weather Page.
