R.A. Dickey advanced to 16 wins on the season Saturday, as the knuckleballer pitched seven innings of one-run baseball against the Houston Astros to lead his New York Mets to a 3-1 victory and end a six-game losing streak for the club. Houston's Fernando Abad earned the loss, as he gave up four hits and a run through four innings.

Today, New York looks to secure the series win in a rubber match beginning at 1:10 p.m. ET at New York's Citi Field. Rookie right-hander Jeremy Hefner (2-5, 5.11 ERA) will face Houston's Lucas Harrell (10-9, 4.04 ERA).

Hefner's previous outing was a rough one, as he allowed five runs in five innings last week against the NL East-leading Washington Nationals. He will look to rebound against an Astros team that is currently at the bottom of the NL Central standings.

The game will be televised on WPIX in New York and FS-H in Houston.
