Syracuse Basketball Schedule 2012: Colgate Raiders To Visit Carrier Dome

The Colgate Raiders have been added to the Syracuse Orange men's basketball non-conference schedule. The Central New York showdown between the two regional rivals will take place on Nov. 25 at the Carrier Dome.

Also, according to the Syracuse Post-Standard, the Orange will play Monmouth Hawks on Dec. 8th.

Syracuse officially now has 12 non-conference games on its 2012-13 schedule, which currently looks like this:

Nov. 9: at San Diego St. Aztecs (Battle of the Midway -- on the aircraft carrier USS Midway).
Nov. 18: vs. Wagner Seahawks
Nov. 25: vs. Colgate Raiders
Nov. 30: at Arkansas Razorbacks (SEC-Big East Challenge)
Dec. 6: vs. Long Beach St. 49ers
Dec. 8: vs. Monmouth Hawks
Dec. 12: vs. Temple Owls (Gotham Classic at Madison Square Garden)
Dec. 31: vs. Central Connecticut State
March 9: at Georgetown Hoyas (ESPN GameDay)
TBD: Drexel
TBD: First two games of Gotham Classic at Carrier Dome

Big East home-and-aways:

Home: Cincinnati, DePaul, Georgetown, Louisville, Notre Dame, Providence, Rutgers, St. John’s, Villanova
Away: Connecticut, Georgetown, Louisville, Marquette, Pittsburgh, Providence, Seton Hall, USF, Villanova
