The New York Jets lost their preseason opener to the Cincinnati Bengals by a score of 17-6 on Friday night. Mark Sanchez and the first team offense played for the first quarter, with Sanchez going 4-for-6 for 21 yards, plus one scramble for four yards. Tim Tebow played the second quarter and most of the third, going 4-for-8 for 27 yards and throwing one interception, adding another 34 yards on three scrambles.
