Wimbledon 2012, Seeds Announced: Novak Djokovic, Maria Sharapova Earn No. 1 Seeds

Seeds for Wimbledon 2012 have been announced. Novak Djokovic and Maria Sharapova will be the No. 1 seeds. New Jersey native Christina McHale will be the No. 28 women's seed.

The seeds have been announced for The Championships at Wimbledon 2012 (June 25-July 8).

Novak Djokovic will be the No. 1 on the men's side of the draw while Maria Sharapova will be the No. 1 on the women's side of the draw. Yonkers, NY native James Blake was not among the 32 seeds of the men's draw. New Jersey native Christina McHale was the No. 28 seed on the women's side of the draw.
