Stay connected for news and updates

St. John's graduate Keegan Bradley is in good shape to make the cut at the 2012 U.S. Open at the Olympic Club in San Francisco. Halfway through his Friday round, Bradley is 2-over-par on the day and 5-over-par for the tournament. The projected cut is at 8-over-par.

Bradley's struggles during Thursday's 3-over-par 73 came on the back nine with two bogies and a double bogey. On Friday, he still had two bogies but no further damage. Bradley has hit 20 of 28 greens in regulation and 11 of 22 fairways in regulation, but is 0-4 on sand saves.

Bradley is currently tied for 34th. 2003 U.S. Open champion Jim Furyk is currently leading the tournament with a score of 1-under-par. Furyk's round is finished.
