Stay connected for news and updates

With the 32nd pick in the sixth round of the 2012 NFL Draft, the New York Giants have selected defensive tackle, Markus Kuhn, from North Carolina State.

ESPN's Scouts Inc. ranked Markus Kuhn as the 23rd best defensive tackle prospect.

The defensive tackle ran a 4.49 40 yard dash at the combine, recorded 28 reps at 225 on the bench, had a vertical jump of 34.5 inches and broad jumped nine feet, four inches – all solid measurable for a defensive tackle. He stands 6 feet, 5 inches, but is pretty slender for a prototypical defensive tackle, weighing in at just 299 pounds.

Kuhn is the Giants' final pick.
