2012 NFL Draft: Andrew Luck Selected No. 1 By Indianapolis Colts

No surprise, but the Indianapolis Colts kicked off the 2012 NFL Draft Thursday night by selecting Stanford QB Andrew Luck, who will succeed Peyton Manning as the face of the Indianapolis franchise. Luck joins a Colts’ team that is starting over.

Impact On The Jets And Giants

None directly, but the Jets will get a first-hand look at Luck when they host the Colts at MetLife Stadium during Week 6 of the 2012 NFL season.
