Even though Brooklyn, Long Island is likely going to defeat Robert Morris in their Wednesday night Northeast Conference Tournament, as they lead 76-62 with just a few minutes left to play, Robert Morris is going to win the game when it comes to style points.
At the halfway point of the second half, down by a score of 57-45, Robert Morris guard Velton Jones found Mike McFadden for a nice alley-oop. That may not sound like a very big deal, but since Jones hadn't even made it to half court yet, it is kind of a big deal.
Witnes the awesomeness:
It would be hard to find a better or longer distance alley-oop in any other game, which proves that talent doesn't just exist at the Division 1 level.
The winner of this game gets a ticket punched for the NCAA tournament as this is the tournament's title game. For more on the game, stay tuned to SB Nation New York's StoryStream.
