NCAA Hockey Tournament 2012: Union Vs. UMass-Lowell, Game Time, TV Schedule And More

The Union College Dutchmen meet the UMass-Lowell River Hawks Saturday during second round action in the 2012 NCAA Hockey Tournament. (Game Time: 6:30 p.m., TV Schedule: ESPN U, ESPN 3)

Union, the tournament's No. 3 overall seed, advanced to the second round by ousting Michigan St. 3-1 in round one on Friday. Wayne Simpson hit the back of the net with a power-play slap shot with 1:18 remaining to cement Union's win and give the Dutchmen their first ever trip to the regional final.

UMass-Lowell allowed a 3-0 lead to deteriorate on Friday against the Miami Redhawks, but recovered in the overtime period, with Riley Wetmore netting the game-winner 2:13 into the extra session. Wetmore led the way with two goals in UMass-Lowell's first NCAA tournament game since 1996.
