Northeast Conference Basketball Tournament 2012: Thursday Lineup

The Northeast Conference tournament begins with four quarterfinals games on Thursday, featuring top seeded Long Island, who aims for an automatic birth into the NCAA tournament.

They'll play host to Sacred Heart, who earned the final invite to the tournament by finishing eighth in the conference standings. Each of the quarterfinals will be played at the higher seeded team's home venue, and all four games will be played at 7 p.m. EST on Thursday night.

Here is Thursday's schedule:

1. Long Island Vs. 8. Sacred Heart

2. Wagner Vs. Central Connecticut State

3. Robert Morris Vs. Monmouth

4. St. Francis (NY) Vs. Quinnipiac

The bracket will be reseeded after the quarterfinals, and the semifinals will be played on Sunday. The finals will be played on Wednesday night at 7:00 p.m. EST, and broadcast on ESPN2 and ESPN3.
