2012 NFL Combine, Day Seven Schedule: Syracuse's Phillip Thomas Set To Work Out

The final day of the 2012 NFL Combine will take place Tuesday, as just the defensive backs are left to be put through drills and workouts in Indianapolis. Phillip Thomas, a defensive back prospect from the Syracuse Orange football program, is the only local collegiate player remaining at the seven-day event at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Thomas (5-foot-11, 190 pounds) is trying to catch the eyes of NFL front offices and scouts so he can possibily get his named called during the 2012 NFL Draft, April 26-28. Currently, Thomas is not listed as a possible selection in the three-day draft at New York's Radio City Musical Hall.

The biggest event for Thomas on Tuesday will be the 40-yard dash, which he hopes to run in less than 4.4 seconds.

  • DB: Workout (timing, stations, skill drills)

Tuesday's NFL.com online stream schedule:

9 a.m.-Noon: DB workouts
