The Syracuse Orange continue to notch wins, but they aren't moving anywhere in the college basketball rankings unless the Kentucky Wildcats lose.
With seven straight wins, Syracuse remains at No. 2 in the latest top 25 polls, locked behind only Kentucky for the fourth straight week. The Wildcats have been ranked No. 1 in both major polls for five consecutive weeks since Syracuse dropped its lone defeat of the season on Jan. 21.
Kentucky received all 31 first-place votes in the ESPN/USA Today Coaches Poll, and 63 out of 65 first-place votes in the AP Top 25. Syracuse received the other two first-place votes in the AP poll.
The Orange resume play Wednesday with just three games left in the regular season. After hosting South Florida Wednesday, Syracuse visits UConn Saturday before finishing the regular season at home against the Louisville Cardinals on Saturday, March 3.
