Jason Whitlock is a moron. Why else would he tweet something so obviously sophomoric as the remark -- and racist -- after Jeremy Lin scored 38 points to help the New York Knicks defeat the Los Angeles Lakers Friday night.

Whitlock has a controversial history that includes ripping into then-colleagues at ESPN. The stupid thing is, Whitlock seems proud of it.
His Twitter page includes the statements:
"I speak truth to power ... Black people think I'm a sellout ... White people think I'm a racist ... I think I'm too honest."
I think you're an embarrassment, Mr. Whitlock. I think it's an embarrassment that 118,000 people have chosen to follow you on Twitter. If you are one of those people, what are you doing? Maybe Whitlock thinks he's funny, but he's really just a blowhard with an audience.
