Gary Nova and the Scarlet Knights are underdogs against Cincinnati this weekend.

The Big East-leading Rutgers Scarlet Knights will take on the Cincinnati Bearcats on Saturday afternoon in Nippert Stadium.

Rutgers has been sensational this year, but it still comes in as a 6.5-point underdog against the Bearcats, according to oddsshark.com.The over/under is listed at 46.

The Scarlet Knights haven't had many tests on the road in 2012, although they did go into a hostile environment to beat the Arkansas Razorbacks early in the campaign. This could be the toughest challenge yet, especially in-conference.

Cincinnati was ranked earlier in the year, only to fall out with a couple of heartbreaking losses including one in overtime against the previously unbeaten Louisville Cardinals.

Perhaps one big area to watch is the passing defense of both teams. Cincinnati has been especially vulnerable to the pass, allowing just shy of 250 yards per game.

However, the Bearcats are extremely balanced on offense, averaging 226.8 rushing yards and 228.8 passing yards per game.
