Week 7 is highlighted by a couple of New York contests pitting old rivals against one another.
The NFL has a great slate of games in Week 7, including division rivalry matchups for the New York Jets and New York Giants.
The Jets will meet up with the New England Patriots for the first time this season at Gillette Stadium. Surprisingly, both teams are 3-3 and vying to keep their heads above the .500 mark.
New York looked great offensively last week, with Shonn Greene having a career day. On the other side, Tom Brady and co. are seeking to rebound after a blowing a double-digit fourth-quarter lead against the Seattle Seahawks.
The Giants are set to play host to the Washington Redskins at MetLife Stadium. The defending champs are riding high after hammering the San Francisco 49ers, 26-3, on the West Coast last Sunday. However, a tough task awaits with the Robert Griffin III-led Redskins in town. Washington is 3-3 and looking better than it has in years.
Other key games include the aforementioned 49ers and Seahawks, who play at Candlestick Park on Thursday night.
The Baltimore Ravens travel to play the Houston Texans, getting their first taste of life without Ray Lewis and Lardarius Webb.
