2011 NBA Mock Draft, Nets: Jeremy Tyler, C, Tokyo Apache

SB Nation New York's Ryan Jones declared the New Jersey Nets winners of the 2011 NBA Draft Lottery -- and the Nets did not even have a ping pong ball in play Tuesday night. New Jersey had traded their pick to Utah in the Deron Williams deal, and the Jazz ended up with the third overall selection.

While they do not have a lottery selection, the Nets do have the 27th overall selection in the first round of the 2011 NBA Draft, which will be held June 23rd. New Jersey also has the fifth selection of the second round, 35th overall.

What can New Jersey get with the 27th pick of the first round? Our friends at the mothership, SBNation.com, have released their first complete 2011 NBA Mock Draft, so let's take a look at who SB Nation basketball analyst Tom Ziller has chosen for the Nets.

Jeremy Tyler, C, Tokyo Apache

Yep, a guy I have never heard of. To be honest, I'm not even sure Ziller was serious about this pick. But, let's take a look at who the guy is, anyway.

Tyler is a 6-foot-11, 240-pound 19-year-old European. That's about all there is to know. Draft Express has a bunch of newspaper clippings from a couple of years ago -- that's about all there is.

Tokyo Apache does have a bio of Tyler posted, in which they call him "an athlete in every meaning of the word."

Let's hope next time we get a mock draft to discuss we get a player about whom we can actually find real information.
