The Giants are a slight underdog in the money line at +170 while the Niners (-200) are giving up three-and-a-half points in the spread with an over/under of 42.5. Giants coach Tom Coughlin has been singing the praises of the 49ers this week.
The Giants are coming off a big win on the road last weekend after upsetting the New England Patriots, 24-20, in Gillette Stadium. The 49ers are also riding high after beating up the Washington Redskins at FedEx Stadium in Landover.
