NFL Week 6: Miami Dolphins (0-4) At New York Jets (2-3)

Stay connected for news and updates

The New York Jets return home Monday night following three straight road losses that have them sitting at an unsatisfying 2-3. The struggling Jets are in need of a victory, and they will find themselves faced with an opponent against whom they should get one -- the 0-4 Miami Dolphins.

The Jets open the week as six-point favorites in the Monday night contest. The game, of course, will be on ESPN beginning at 8:30 p.m. ET. It can be heard on radio at ESPN 1050 or Sirius 93.

Jets coach Rex Ryan knows his slumping team needs a victory.

"I think we do. We gotta stop this losing skid and do it in front of our fans," Ryan said. "Quite honestly Miami has beaten us at home the last two years, so we have to get better."
