Nets First to Talk to LeBron

In the grand scheme of things, the order in which teams are allowed to talk to his highness LeBron James won’t be a major issue. But if it is, well, the Nets have a leg up on everybody else – they’re the first team LeBron will meet with today.
Mikhail Prokhorov, Jay-Z, Rod Thorn, and Avery Johnson, four people who I never ever ever ever ever thought would ever be in the same sentence, will make the trek out to Ohio to talk with James. Later in the day, a Knicks crew containing Mike D’Antoni, James Dolan and Donnie Walsh will show up, but that sounds less cool.
